I am a PhD student exploring the economics of rainwater harvesting and irrigation development interventions in Eastern African countries. I applied Stochastic Impact Evaluation techniques to asess the viability of the selected interventions and support decision makers to make informed decision under data scarcity, system complexity and uncertainty.
