PhD Candidate
I am PhD student at INRES Horticultural Science and part of the project “Experimentierfeld Südwest” at DLR Rheinpfalz. The aim of my part in the project is to build an apple yield prediction model using probabilistic modelling methods and to support fruit growers in making decisions about investments in irrigation systems using the decision anlaysis approach. The focus of the project is mainly on fruit-growing regions in Rhineland-Palatinate, but the aim is to make the results transferable to other regions.
